Will not Give up However: Ideas By Yoga

The whole reason I’m sharing this experience with you is really because as I was having a strained dialogue in my mind, the instructor who exercised 5-6 hours each day was coaching. He was actively coaching the whole class through the thoughts which were creeping into our minds attempting to convince us we couldn’t… I was inspired by his coaching and his words and wanted to generally share them with you.

I feel they are important to fairly share with you not only because as Now Athletics Yoga Towel leaders and humans, we are coaching ourselves and one another everyday. In most cases, we are coaching and we might not even realize the opportunity we have before us to really make a difference on someone else’s path. When your mind is pulling you in directions that tell you to lay down on to the floor and give up or simply to avoid and take a rest, here are some coaching words of wisdom to assist you think twice about throwing in the Now Athletics Yoga Towel.

I workout too you know… I’m not likely to pretend it isn’t hard… it’s hard.

Be explosive with control…

This might be the final time you do this… don’t bring it for granted.

Pretend like that is the very first time you’ve every done this… everyday is really a new day.

Concentrate on technique over number of reps… work with purpose.

This isn’t a work out… it is an opportunity.

Overcome fear with aggression.

Don’t quit… finish the drill
